Here are the answers to a few frequently asked questions :

Q – The course of my choice is out of stock. Will you be running any more soon?

A – Our courses sell very quickly…. sometimes a year in advance. Book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. We suggest you sign up to our newsletter for all the latest information – including new course dates and places available due to cancellations.


Q – I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still book a place on line.

A – Yes – All our payments go through Paypal but you do not need to have a Paypal account. Simply go through the checkout as normal and when you get taken to the Paypal payment gateway you need to scroll down and ‘pay as a guest’. This will allow you to use a credit or debit card.


Q – I have purchased a gift card as a present for a friend. Will they be able to book on to the course of their choice?

A – Our gift cards are a code that can be entered at the checkout page to either discount a course or pay for it in full. The card does not allow the user any guarantees on what course places are available at the time they are given it. The gift card code will be emailed to the person buying it as soon as they have finish the online purchase. If the recipient wants to use the gift card on a particular craft course, but there are no places available, they will need wait until new course dates have been added. Signing up to the Newsletter will allow us to keep you informed if another course is organised. The gift cards do not have an expiry date. No physical card will be sent.


Q – I now can’t make the date my course is booked for, can I change it?

A – If we can, we will make every effort to accommodate your circumstances. However, please ensure you read the terms and conditions in the checkout with regards to changing/ cancelling courses.


Q – Why should I sign up to your newsletter?

A – We will not bombard you with emails or pass your details to anyone else. Signing up to our Newsletter will allow us to email you when we add new craft courses, announce dates of events or announce additional dates for sold out courses. It is simply our way of staying in touch with all the people that have shown an interest in what we do and would like an occasional update.


Q – I have booked my course and had email confirmation but I have received no further information about where to go or at what time.

A – The course location, times etc are included on our Craft Course webpages. We will also email all the participants on the course about 1 week beforehand to confirm these details. Please make sure that when you book your course you use an email address that you check regularly – or you may miss this important information. If you have also booked a place for a friend then please pass this information on as we will not be able to contact them directly.
